A woman accused of hitting two people while driving through Boston Chinatown and dragging one of the victims for three miles is being held on $5,000 bail this morning, reports CBS Boston.

Authorities charged Xiao Ying Zhou, 44, with leaving the scene of the collision and causing bodily injury.

Both victims, 56-year-old man, Qi Lun Feng and the 48-year-old woman who was dragged, Yue Yin Gong, remain hospitalized. She is in critical condition with limited use of her arms.
