One man is under arrest and a 68-year-old driver is on life support in what police believe is a road rage incident following a minor fender bender, reports CBS New York.

Dash cam video taken from the victim’s car show 44-year-old Cleamon Anderson running toward 68-year-old Chun Tse who is out of camera view.

Those who have seen the video say you can then hear what appears to be a hit. A witness who watched from Anderson’s car says Tse slipped and fell, but doctors say such a serious injury would not have been sustained from a fall.

Police say security camera footage shows Anderson striking Tse, sending him hard into the ground.

Anderson is facing an assault charge.

“We’re at a loss right now. I don’t know what to decide, he’s on his death bed,” his son said.

You can watch the dash cam video in the report below.
